    I have a vacation package that I have used to reserve restaurants, it's now time to book fastpasses and it won't let me link the package to get the fastpasses

    Hi Esther,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us. I'm sure you are getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation and are anxious to get your FastPass+ reservations made. So I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with getting your reservation linked.

    In order to link your reservation, log in to your My Disney Experience account and click on My Plans. From there you should see the option for Resort Hotel and if you move your cursor over it, an option to Link a Reservation will appear. Once you click on that you'll need to enter the last name on the reservation and your confirmation number. If you've already tried all of this and are still having problems, then I'm afraid that means you'll need to make a quick phone call to get some help. There is a dedicated phone number to call for issues with My Disney Experience so if there is some sort of glitch in the system, then they can definitely get it straight for you.
