when using the second day of our two day walt disney world pass can we just walk up to the final entry gates where you swipe your card and use your finger print? we are new to walt disney world

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather! I'm so excited for you that you're about to discover the magic for yourself on your very first trip to Walt Disney World Resort. I wish I could go back and experience turning onto Main Street U.S.A. and seeing Cinderella Castle for the very first time all over again.

When you visit for the first time, you'll see for yourself how easy it is to use your admission to enter the Theme Parks. All you need to do is tap your MagicBand or ticket to one of the Mickey-shaped touchpoints at the entrance gate and use your fingerprint to confirm that the right ticket is being used by the right guest. You'll repeat this process each time you enter a Theme Park, so make sure you remember which finger you use to scan your fingerprint! If you have any questions or need any assistance, there are plenty of Cast Members there at the front gates to help you make sure your day begins smoothly.

When you arrive for your first day, make sure to pick up a First Visit button at Guest Relations or ask if they have any behind the counter when you're at a merchandise location. That way, Cast Members and Disney Characters will know that it's your very first visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth and they'll be able to celebrate that with you!

    Have a magical day, Heather!

Meet the Panelist: Jessica, Texas

I'm a personal stylist and I live in Texas with my husband and our two rescue animals. We are Disney-obsessed and love enjoying all the magic that's out there especially for grown-ups. In fact, we even opted-out of a tropical honeymoon to spend a blissful week at Walt Disney World instead! I'm thrilled to be on the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I'm excited to share everything I've learned from all of our trips and help you plan a memorable family vacation.  Learn More About Jessica
