When using online check in can you request to be in certain areas of a resort? For example I'm staying at the Art of Animation and want to stay in a Nemo suite.

    Hey Catherine-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is wonderful. Each family suite gives you space to spread out and relax. The pools are perfectly themed and have fun activities poolside during the afternoon.

When you book a reservation for Disney’s Art of Animation Resort room you have the ability to choose, based on the availability, the family suite you desire. Two summers ago we booked specifically for The Lion King Suite. It was not an online request made after booking the room but a suite that was specifically booked. There are three different family suites: Cars, The Lion King and Finding Nemo as well as a standard room in The Little Mermaid buildings.

Please contact your travel agent or an Authorized Disney Travel Specialist at 470-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) to make the appropriate request for the Finding Nemo Suite.

Disney Dad Tip: Disney’s Art of Animation is on Hourglass Lake and is connected to Disney’s Pop Century Resort by Generations Gap Bridge. If you get a chance walk over and see this other fantastically theme resort and try the tie-dye cheesecake in Everything POP Shopping and Dining food court.

Catherine, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
