Hello!! We are using Magical Express for the first time. We have 2 of the yellow luggage tags but we only need to use one. Does is matter which one I use? Am I allowed to only use one of the tags? I don't want to confuse anyone at the airport!

    Hello, Lauren,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney's Magical Express is such an incredible perk when staying at a Disney resort.  I love being able to skip picking up our luggage at the airport; it simplifies our airport arrival so much.  I feel pretty special having it delivered directly to our room; it's like I have my own fairy godmothers who magically deliver them!

Don't worry about which yellow luggage tag you use; as long as just one is on your luggage, you will be good to go.  If you happen to arrive between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM at the airport, however, you will need to get your own luggage  and bring it with you on the motorcoaches.

The day before you are going to depart, you will receive information about your departure day and what time you'll be picked up.  You will also want to take advantage of Resort Airline Check-In the morning you are leaving so you won't have to check your luggage at the airport.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
