We are using DME. On the return flight home, we can use the resort check in. How do we pay the baggage fee for the return flight home? Can we do it at the resort? And how far in advance do we receive the vacation package information? Bought through Disney.

    Hi Stephen!

Personally, I have a love/hate relationship with Disney's Magical Express.  I love to arrive on DME, and I hate to leave on DME.  It's a touch of magic from right when you get out of Orlando International Airport, but the saddest of all "rides" at WDW!

You should receive your Magical Express package at home roughly 30 days prior to arrival.  The package will include your yellow DME tags, complimentary luggage tags and information on your flight to MCO.

The day prior to your departure from WDW, you will receive a Magical Express envelope on your door.  It will have your return flight information as well as anticipated ME pick up time.  You can head to Airline Check In the day of departure and the Cast Members will take your luggage, tag it, and print your boarding passes for your family.

You would need to pay your baggage fees PRIOR to heading to Airline check-in. You can pay them by calling Baggage Airline Guest Services at 407-284-1231 between 7 am and 11 pm.  You can call them directly from your resort room, if you wish.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
