    There used to be a "make a payment" link on my Disney experience I was wondering what happened to it? Thank you

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. 

    I am so sorry you have had difficulty this week while attempting to make payments on your upcoming vacation. You’re right that, normally, there is a way to may payments via the My Reservations page in your My Disney Experience account. 

    Unfortunately, from what I understand, there is a known issue with the payment link that happened after a recent site update, which means it isn’t working, for the moment. If you do want to make a payment, please contact Walt Disney World Resort and they’ll be happy to assist you. 

    I’m sorry I wasn’t able to resolve the problem you’re having online. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us. We’re always happy to (try to!) help!
