Hi, Glen!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a big group sounds like big fun!  It would be my pleasure to help you figure out the logistics of planning for a large travel party.

You can begin making your Walt Disney World Resort dining reservations 180 days in advance.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you will be able to make dining reservations for your entire trip (up to 10 days) 180 days prior to your arrival date.  If you are staying elsewhere, you can still book your meals 180 days in advance, you will just need to make those reservations for one day at a time.  Since it looks like you are well within your 180-day window, you can go ahead and begin making your dining reservations.  It is perfectly fine to include your entire travel party in those dining reservations, regardless of what day some of your family members are arriving.

As for FastPass+, selections can be made 60 days prior to check-in if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, or 30 days in advance if staying elsewhere.  If you and your entire group are linked through the Family & Friends List in your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to make FastPass+ selections for everyone in your party.  However, you will need to wait until everyone is within their 60 or 30-day window to do so.

If you have additional questions or need assistance with setting any of this up, you can visit us again, or feel free to call a Help Center Cast Member.  Have a magical day!
