Hello! The 3 of us will be coming Feb 2010. We are not planning to make ADR until we get there so that we can remain flexible. We like to eat at off hours. We DO have ADR for Cinderella's table. Will it be a big proble to get a table? Any advice?

Hi, Cindy!  I like to tell my friends and family to make any advanced dining reservations to places that they absolutely want to go to in advance.  If plans change, it's not a big deal to cancel them, but many times, you will get there and be disappointed that you can't go where you want to eat.

You don't say when you are going, but if you will be there anywhere near President's weekend, you might find restaurants booked up when you arrive.  The crowds tend to be heavier over that weekend, and it is for some the start of the spring break season as well.

If there is any other character dining you want to do, I can't recommend highly enough that you book those as soon as you can.  If you can be somewhat flexible on the other meals, and don't mind taking your chances, you might luck into some excellent dining opportunities!

    Enjoy your upcoming vacation!
