I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in a few weeks I see that you are putting the finishing touches on your amazing vacation. If you are asking about luggage delivery using
Disney’s Magical Express Service, your bags are typically delivered to your room 3 to 4 hours after your arrival. You do not need to be present for delivery. Remember to place the special yellow luggage tags on your bags prior to checking them with your airline at your point of departure. When you land at Orlando International Airport and check in with a Cast Member at the Magical Express Welcome Center, your bags will be picked up and delivered to your room. This will allow you to begin your vacation as soon as you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel. Just remember to pack your MagicBands in a carry on bag because you will need them to unlock the door to your hotel room, enter a theme park and redeem FastPass+ selections.
However, if you are not using Disney’s Magical Express and decide to use Bell Services to hold your luggage until your room is ready. You will need to be present in order to receive your luggage. Once you return to your room, you can call them from the phone in your room and a Cast Member would be happy to bring them to you. I hope that answers your question.
