    Lexie from CA Asked

If we upgrade from a weekend ticket to an annual pass at the park, would we have to pay the rest of the cost at the park or is there an option to do the monthly cost?

    Hi Lexie!
Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, where I'm happy to answer your Annual Passport-related question!
Upgrading your Park ticket to an Annual Passport is always a good idea in my book, especially if you're a fellow Californian who can make frequent trips to the Happiest Place on Earth!
If you're thinking about upgrading, you'll be interested in knowing that you can do so, as long as the ticket you're upgrading from is still valid. This means, you must upgrade while you're at the Disneyland Resort.
The second point is that when you upgrade, you must pay the entire difference upfront. In other words, you cannot establish a payment plan if you're upgrading your ticket.
Payment plans are usually reserved for California residents within certain zip codes who are either purchasing a Passport for the first time or renewing their Passport.
    I hope this helps!
Have a Magical time and don't forget to buy the Churro, wear the Mouse Ears and forget about your worries and your strife while you're there!
