    I have an upcoming trip on 3/22 & decided to purchase the memory maker a few days ago. I never got a confirmation on it, but it's already come out of my account. As of yet, it is not showing up an in My Disney experience. Will I receive a card to link

    Hi Tiffany,

    Your trip is almost here! You must be so excited!

    You should have been given a confirmation number when you purchased your Memory Maker. This number is what you will need to link to your account.

    If you booked you Memory Maker with a package, contact Disney and they will help you with the confirmation number to link your Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience.

    If you booked it separately, you need to call Disney tickets to link it to your My Disney Experience.

    If you have any questions while you are on-site, reach out to Will call and they will be able to help you.
