Resort shampoos and soaps

We have an upcoming stay at Port Orleans, Riverside. I am wondering what type of coffe pot they have in the standard garden view rooms, what type of shampoo/conditioner (have they switched to the bottles), and if there are towels at the pools. Thank You!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amanda! I know the first day of your upcoming vacation will be the BEST DAY EVER for you! Just like Rapunzel, you’ll make new friends and roam around, finding new things around every corner. And Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts are my favorite moderate resorts. They have so much to offer!

To answer your planning questions about Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside bathrooms, yes, I have had word from Cast Members that the bathrooms are stocked with the large wall style bottles of toiletries. In my opinion, I like to have a little more shampoo and conditioner on hand for those post-park showers and not have to bother Housekeeping for extras! And before your morning routine, you can prep your in-room coffee with the Cuisinart dual cup coffee makers which are standard throughout the Resort.

One of the very nice perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel are the pools! At each pool, you’ll find plenty of standard pool towels for your use. I typically grab two for myself since I like my poolside chair to be covered, or to wipe up the kids as they come dripping out poolside. You’ll be able to use the towels and then when you are finished or need a fresh one, dump them into a used towel receptacle for laundering. They will be there each day, all day long for your use as long as the pool is open.

If I can help you with any last minute questions or queries while you are on your trip, please let me know. I’m hEAR to help! ~ Lindsey P.
