I have an unused ticket from 1995! called Disney and my ticket outdates their system and cannot be linked. This means I cannot link to my family's Fast Pass+ selections ahead of time. Does this mean I can't ride w/ my husband & family?

    Hi Kristin,

I am so impressed that you have a ticket from 1995! Before you go to Walt Disney World, go ahead and set up your My Disney Experience account. You will need to visit Guest Relations when you arrive to exchange your ticket for a new one. Once you have the new ticket and have it linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can visit the app on your phone and try to copy your family's FastPass+ selections to your account. You might not get the same exact times, but hopefully you can find overlapping times. If you don't have the app on your phone, or if you have any issues, visit one of the FastPass+ kiosks in the parks. There are always cast members at the kiosks who can help if necessary.

It might be a bit complicated, but just remind yourself how much money you are saving by using your older ticket!

Please let me know if I can help you with any other questions!
Wishing you the best of luck and a magical vacation,
    Amy H
