    Bri from CA Asked

How do I unlink my Disneyland pass from someone else’s Disneyland App account?

    Hi there, Bri!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question about your Annual Passport. I hope you’ve been enjoying all the benefits of being an Annual Passholder at the Disneyland Resort in addition to many magical theme park visits!

There is not currently a way to unlink an Annual Passport from a Disney account via the Disneyland Resort mobile app or website, so please call the Website Support helpline at (714) 520-6222 and a Cast Member will provide assistance with this task. Be sure to have your personal information handy, including your Annual Passport number and the email associated with your Disney account. A Cast Member can help you link your pass to the correct account, or you can add it on your own via the mobile app by scanning the barcode on the back of your Annual Passport card with your phone’s camera. You can also enter the numbers manually into the app or on your profile page of the website.

Please visit us again if there’s any other information you need, Bri. I hope your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the pixie-dusted corner!

    Wishing you magic,
