Unfortunately this trip I am wheelchair bound due to falling down easily.I heard There’s less wait time for handicap and family if I am going on the ride is this true? Also which parks are best for 9 and 12 year olds.

    Hello Patricia,

Thanks for writing.  In my experience, Disney has a host of services and accommodations for guests with disabilities, including guests with mobility disabilities.  I encourage you to visit the site to learn of the many attractions that can accommodate a wheelchair (meaning you can ride while remaining in the chair.)  There are others where you will need to transfer from the wheelchair to the attraction to ride, and these are carefully listed as well. In addition, you will be able to download a guide with much more information regarding accessible transportation options that will be useful for your stay. The service you are referring to in your question is known as Disability Access Service (DAS), which affords guests who, because of a disability, are not able to wait in a traditional queue, the option to visit an attraction and receive a time to return to the attraction and ride with a minimal wait.  As soon as one ride is completed, the guest may receive a return time for another attraction.  This service may be used in conjunction with Disney's FastPass+ service (meaning, a guest may have traditional FastPass+ return times and DAS return times simultaneously).  Guests may request this service at any Guest Relations location at the Disney Parks' entrance.

I hope you have a wonderful trip!
