I understand the rooms at yacht club have coffee makers, do these use coffee pods that I can buy in the uk to take over? And what about making cups of English tea is there a kettle

Hello Rebecca and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another super question about your visit to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
Speaking as the current British Mum on the Moms Panel nothing comes close to setting you up right for your Disney day other than a proper English breakfast cuppa tea and in my personal experience I do much prefer to pack and bring from home both my own favourite brand of tea bags and a small multi-voltage travel kettle.
I love that select Disney Resort hotels provide Guests with a coffee maker complete with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, sweeter and powered creamer; these little touches really do make you feel right at home during your jolly holidays.  It's also handy to know that if you should require more or extra tea and coffee supplies simply give Mousekeeping a little whistle and I'm sure you'll find them happy to replenish.
To the best of my knowledge the current brand of coffee makers at Disney's Yacht Club Resort use coffee pods which resemble large tea bags and I don't believe there's a real equivalent to purchase here at home in the United Kingdom.  In addition you'll be pleased to know the coffee makers can be used to make hot water for tea, but as I mentioned previously I do prefer freshly boiled water from a kettle for my early morning brew!
If you truly enjoy drinking tea then be sure to pop by Tea Traders Cafe by Joffrey's at Disney Springs for all sorts of tea-treats galore!
    Have a great Disney day.
