I understand that the policies for people with disabilities has changed. and that you do no longer get instant access. I cannot seem to find an answer to this question: can I have return slips for multiple rides at the same time?

    Hi, Kelly!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question about the new Disabled Assistance System (DAS), which will be replacing the former Guest Assistance Card (GAC). The GAC was not intended to provide immediate access to attractions, but rather was designed to assist Guests with disabilities by providing an alternate access or waiting area (depending on the individual Guest's situation). The new DAS will go into effect on October 9th of this year at both Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. Guests qualifying for the DAS will receive a card with their name, photo, number of companions, location where issued and a specific date range (of 7 days maximum).

Guests may reserve only one return time at a time, so it will not be possible to have return times for multiple rides. The DAS allows consecutive rather than concurrent return times. The return time will be equivalent to the current stand-by wait time at the specified attraction minus 10-15 minutes. While DAS return times do not expire (unlike with the Fastpass system), Guests using the DAS will be unable to get a new return time until the current return time has been used.

I hope this answers your question about the new Disabled Assistance System. Please stop by the Moms Panel again with any other questions. We're always happy to help Guests plan magical vacations!
