I understand that doors open at 4 p.m. for the Halloween event, but I was told by a friend I need to buy separate tickets to enter Disneyland even if I'm just going to enter at the time the Halloween event begins?

    Hello Patrisia!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a magical week.

Mickey’s Halloween Party is a separate ticketed event, so you will have to have a ticket to this special event in addition to a valid theme park ticket to enjoy the Disneyland Park earlier in the day. Disneyland Park will close mid to late afternoon for those Guests who don’t have a ticket to Mickey’s Halloween Party, but Disney California Adventure will be open it’s normal hours for Guests as well.

I hope this helps and let us know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
