I have two tickets, both unused and both linked to my account. I’m simultaneously planning 2 trips. How do I make sure that the right ticket gets used for the first trip? (They are different lengths). Thanks

    Welcome, David!

You are asking a very important question. When a guest is planning two separate trips to Walt Disney World Resort and has two different theme park tickets linked to his or her My Disney Experience account, it is possible for the wrong ticket to be activated when you arrive for the first of the two trips. Fortunately, it is easy to avoid this potential problem. Simply speak with a Guest Services representative before you enter the first theme park of the earlier trip. You'll see these Cast Members carrying iPads near the touch points where guests enter the park. They are there to assist guests like you with ticketing questions or concerns. They can scan your MagicBand to see which of your tickets is prioritized in your account. If the ticket you want to use is scheduled to be activated first, you don't need to do anything. If the other ticket is prioritized, ask the Cast Member to reprioritize your tickets before entering the theme park that day. They can accomplish that task in one or two minutes. It's easy!

Have fun planning your two (lucky you!) upcoming trips to Walt Disney World Resort. If there's anything else with which my Disney Parks Moms Panel friends and I can help you, don't hesitate to let us know.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
