I have two teenage sons (16 and 17). What is the best way to see DisneyWorld with teenagers. I am considering going the week after Christmas. (See previous question.) Are there any character events that are teenager appropriate? Accommodations?

    Welcome back Stacy!

I am going under the assumption that your boys are thrill-seekers so here is what I'd recommend as must dos at the parks:

    Magic Kingdom
    Space Mountain
    Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
    Haunted Mansion
    Pirates of the Caribbean
    Splash Mountain
    Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

    Epcot
    Soarin'
    Test Track
    Mission: Space
Sum of All Thrills at Innoventions

    Hollywood Studios
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
    Tower of Terror
    Toy Story Mania!
Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show
    Star Tours
    Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular

    Animal Kingdom
    Expedition Everest
    Kali River Rapids
    Dinosaur
    Primeval Whirl
    Kilimanjaro Safaris

    Downtown Disney
    Characters in Flight

Click here for a list of dining suggestions for teens. Phineas & Ferb are very popular with teens & appear at Hollywood Studios. Because your boys are over 16, consider taking a tour.  You may enjoy staying at either Beach Club, Yacht Club or BoardWalk Inn. There are tons of things for them to do in that area including the ESPN Club. They can also walk or take a Friendship Boat to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios.

Please feel free to visit again if you need details on any of these or need other suggestions. Wishing you minnie magical holiday memories :-) Allison
