    I have two signature annual passes I’m paying college and I’m really low on money from March till August Can I downgrade my pass? Or can I pay the money on August but I don’t want my pass cancelled

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for stopping by with your question about Disneyland Resort Annual Passports. I’m a longtime Passholder myself and have loved the ability to visit the Happiest Place on Earth many times a year for one price!

    No, you cannot downgrade an active Annual Passport to a different type unless it’s time to renew it. If you make monthly payments on your pass, you can pay the remaining balance you owe early without penalty, which would eliminate your monthly payments. Once you purchase an Annual Passport and sign a contract agreeing to the terms and conditions, you can’t cancel or stop making the monthly payments, and you’ll incur additional charges if you do miss a payment. However, I suggest calling Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-4567 to explain your situation. They may be able to help with payment arrangements so you can still fulfill the financial obligation for your Annual Passport.
