Two part question: We are planning our 2nd trip to Disney and I can't remember what time at 180 days before our trip can I start making reservations? Is it midnight (FL time) fast passes; what time of day at 60 days. Is it Midnight again or 7am (FL time)

    Hi Christina,
I love to see families that are making plans early so they get the most out of their Walt Disney World vacation! Good on you!

Here's the timelines you're looking for: Advanced Dining Reservations open 180 days prior to the start of your vacation. If you have a Walt Disney World Resort reservation already, you can make dining reservations for your entire vacation (up to ten days) at the 180 day mark. If you are staying in an off-property resort, you will have to do this each day, up to 180 days in advance, for your dining reservations. Either way, you can do this online, starting at 6 a.m. or on the phone starting at 7 a.m. Note that these times are what we call Mickey time, which is in the Eastern time zone.

FastPass+ selections open at 60 days prior to your arrival date for your entire vacation if you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort (30 days in advance if you are staying off-property). When this window opens can be a little tricky. Typically, the Magic Kingdom is the park that stays open past midnight. If the Magic Kingdom is open past midnight on the day you're supposed to make your selections, you will have to wait until it closes to make those selections. For example, if Extra Magic Hours go until 1 a.m. Mickey time, you will have to wait until then to make your selections. Again, please note that times are in the Eastern time zone.

Christina, we love to see planners like you visiting us here-please come back and see us again if you have any additional questions!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
