Are there two "main" pools at Saratoga Springs (with waterslides)? What are the features of each?

    Hi Kelly!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be getting excited that your trip to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is coming up so soon.

You are correct, that there are two feature pools at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. High Rock Spring Pool is the original main feature pool at the resort, and is located near The Carriage House where you check-in. It has a small waterfall, a zero entry area, two whirlpools spas and a 128-foot-long waterside.  There is also a pool bar, On the Rocks, where you can get a light snack or beverage.  For the little ones there is a small Donald Duck themed splash area. As I see you are arriving at the end of January, please be aware that High Rock Springs Pool will be closed for enhancement from February 2 - 4, 2015.

During that time you may enjoy The Paddock Pool, aptly located in The Paddock area of the resort. It too has a zero entry area, a single whirlpool spa, a small splash play area for the little ones and a waterside. The slide at this pool is a little bit longer, at 146 feet.  Snacks and beverages are also available at this location, at The Paddock Grill. As you can tell, both pools offer similar amenities, but since the resort is a larger resort, having two pools allows for greater availability to Guests.

In addition to the feature pools, there are 3 quiet pools, each with a whirlpool spa for your enjoyment at the resort. I hope you have a fantastic upcoming stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Take a trip down the waterside for me!

Wishing you a pixie dusted vacation!
