I have two children and have signed up for a massage at 2pm shortly after embarkation. will my children be able to stay in the kids clubs on the first day during our massage?

    Ahoy, Amy!

I'm so glad you navigated your way to the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask your question! Once you have boarded your Disney Cruise Line ship on your embarkation day, there are not many places that are "open for business" right away. The pools will most definitely be open, as well as two of the restaurants.

The Oceaneer Lab and Oceaneer Club will hold open house time, for families to enjoy the clubs together, from the time boarding begins until around 6:45pm. At this time, the youth clubs will be available to check children in. Then, throughout the first night, the youth counselors will be ready to keep kids of all ages entertained for the rest of the evening, all the way until midnight!

Unfortunately, the clubs will not be available for your children to stay during your massage. You might consider booking a different time or an open-air massage while the ship is docked at Castaway Cay. Here you can check your kids into Scuttles Cove while you take a stroll down to Serenity Bay.

I hope you have a magical time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation! Please visit us again if you have more questions before you set sail.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
