Hi. My two boys & I.were annual passport holders due to financial reasons we had to push back renewing. We love Disneyland & plan on going soon. However, I used a GAC for my medical issues and I heard it's no longer available is this true?

    Hi, Laura!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) Card replaced the Guest Assistance Card at Disney Parks last year. The new system is designed to accommodate Guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue due to a disability (including non-apparent disabilities). DAS cards are issued at Guest Relations and offer a return time for attractions based on the current wait time. As soon as the Guest finishes one attraction, they can receive a return time for another. However, a Guest whose disability is based solely on the need for a wheelchair or Electronic Convenience Vehicle does not need a DAS Card. Depending on the attraction, they either wait in the standard queue or receive a return time at the attraction based on the current wait time.

I hope this information helps you, Laura. Please feel free to ask me any other planning questions you may have. I hope you and your boys enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort visit very soon!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
