I have twins and they will be 2 1/2 when we get to Disney. We're staying on site and I love the idea of taking busses to and from the parks. Is parking free if you're staying on site? Also, how hard is it to use the busses with a larger sized stroller?

My son is nearly that age; I can only imagine how full your hands must be with twins!

Utilizing Disney transportation is easy, the caveat is that you'll spend some extra time waiting on the busses.  If, on the other hand, you'll have your own vehicle available, you could save yourself some time.  Parking at your resort hotel and at the theme parks is complimentary for Disney resort guests.

Should you choose the bus, you will be required to fold up your stroller to board.  Usually, my husband and I prefer the convenience of using our own vehicle over using the busses.   We appreciate the ability to come and go as we please rather than wait for the Disney transportation to arrive.  We also like that we can take our time getting into the car whereas I always feel rushed boarding the bus and trying to account for our four children all at the same time.  If you don't have the option of driving yourself then, by all means, take advantage of the bus, but if you have your own car, I recommend using it.  The only exception might be for visits to the Magic Kingdom where you'd have to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and take the tram and then the monorail or the ferry.  In that case, use the bus.  For the other parks, I say driving is the easiest!  Hope that helps.  :)
