    I have been trying to upgrade my pre-ordered photopass to photopass plus but the site keeps saying it's temporarily unavailable> Any idea when the photopass site will be back up and running? Thanks for all your help Laureen

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

    I am sorry you have been having difficulties accessing Disney's PhotoPass site.  We do not have any information at this time, as to when it will be fixed, but please be assured that they are aware of it, and will be working on getting it back up and running as soon as possible.

    Yesterday, this was posted on the PhotoPass Facebook page:  Hi Fans! We apologize for any troubles you’ve experienced in our website. For those Guests who’s photos are expiring from 6/20/2012 to 6/24/2012 we have extended your photos for an extra 7 days to make up for any lost time. Have a magical day!

    I recommend you keep checking the site.  You will see it, as soon as it becomes available.
