I am trying to sign up for my fastpass plus selections. I understand that you can only pick three per day. I was told that you could sign up for Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch with fast pass plus without it counting as one of your three. Is that true?

    Hi Edith,

The FastPass+ option for lunch at Be Our Guest is still in the testing phase so everything is subject to change, but as I understand it, the only way to use FastPass+ for a lunch reservation right now is to be one of the random guests who receives an email invitation to try the system.

I've gotten the invitation twice this spring -- once on the day of my arrival at Walt Disney World and once 30 days in advance of a different trip. I was able to take advantage of the invitation once, and it did not count against my three FastPass+ reservations.

So my advice is to make all your FastPass+ reservations for rides and attractions. And then watch your email closely for the Be Our Guest invitation. I know a couple of people who missed a chance at a Be Our Guest FastPass+ because they didn't see the email. (Otherwise, I'm highly recommend taking a break from email during vacation!)

I hope that's helpful. Please let me know if I can do anything else to assist as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation. Enjoy!
