    I am trying to reserve my fast passes but it ska for my ticket confirmation and when I put it in, it says they are already linked and won't let me go any further. Anyone know how to do this so I can reserve my rides for the kids? Or, in your opinio

    Hi Mary!

    First I would check to see if you have valid tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account.  To do this, log in to your account and click on 'My Reservations and Tickets'.  If you have tickets linked to your account, they will show under 'Tickets and Passes'.  If you don't see anything and it won't let you link the tickets you have purchased, my next step is to call the My Disney Experience help desk.  They have always been extremely helpful when I have had an online issue.  

    If you see your tickets in your account, you can proceed to the FastPass+ section of My Disney Experience and start choosing your experiences.
