We are trying to plan a trip to WDW and have kids in college, so the only time we can come is Aug 7 thru Aug 22 or Dec 12 thru Dec 19. Based on crowds and weather, when is the better time to come?

    Hi there, Pamela!

I think either time would be a great time to visit!  It all depends on your preferences.  Many people LOVE to get away to Disney for the warm, sunny weather.  BUT, this is Florida, so you could also have the opportunity to enjoy warm, sunny weather in December as well!

BUT...given a choice between the two time frames, I'd choose December.  There is NOTHING like Christmas at Walt Disney World!  The decorations are beautiful, and the entire resort is bustling with the holiday spirit!  You could even make plans to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to REALLY get in the holiday mood!

Crowds typically build the closer you get to December 24, so I think December 12 would be a great day to start your vacation!

    Have a MAGICAL time!
