I am trying to plan a trip to Disney for a 4 year old boy with 4 adults. I want him to have the most amazing experience here, but I am just getting so confused on what all there is to do with him and trying to stay within budget. Any help? Thanks

    Hi Natalie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort with your 4-year old!

Hopefully, you have selected a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. There are value, moderate, deluxe and deluxe villa resorts. The value resorts are typically less expensive. All of the resorts are lovely so just pick one that fits with your budget. Assuming you have selected your resort, I would suggest that you focus on planning what he might like to do. The Planning Guide for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones might be a good place to start.

I also suggest that you make dining reservations for character meals. We love to dine with the characters because each character comes to your table, interacts, poses for pictures and signs autographs. Interacting in this way, without having to stand in a long line, is just so much more pleasant for my family.

There are so many attractions that he might enjoy. I recommend that you make Fast Pass+ selections for Peter Pan's Flight, the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, the Barnstormer, Kilimanjaro Safaris, the Festival of the Lion King show, Journey into Imagination with Figment, and The Seas with Nemo and Friends.

Natalie, with valid theme park admission, your Fast Pass+ selections are included with your tickets. The rides and attractions within the parks are included and each park offers so much for him to do!

I am sending pixie dust your way trusting you will plan a magical trip that fits your budget!

Magic memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
