I am trying to give permission to my daughter who is included in my family and friends plan to link to my grandaughter so she can make plans for her. what do I do?

    Hi Patricia,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Making plans for a Walt Disney World vacation is always fun, and even more so when you're planning with friends and family!

It sounds like you are getting yourself, your daughter, and your granddaughter all set up with My Disney Experience so you can all plan together. I love the convenience of My Disney Experience. I especially love all the simplicity and features of the My Disney Experience Mobile App, and I always use the mobile app for managing my day-to-day Walt Disney World vacation plans.

You can set up My Disney Experience accounts so that your daughter can manage your granddaughter's plans. There are a few specifics that could make the steps a bit different depending on the details. For example, the steps could vary depending on whether or not the three of you are all on the same reservation. The steps could also vary depending on the age of your granddaughter. Because the steps could vary with your details, my best suggestion to to contact the Walt Disney Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 for specific steps in your situation.

Hoping that it helps, I can share with you how I have been able to do something similar to what you're wanting to do. If your daughter simply creates her own My Disney Experience account and adds your granddaughter in the "My Family & Friends List," your daughter can manage all the plans for your granddaughter. You might want to give this approach a try and see if works well for you. You can always reach out to the Walt Disney Internet Help Desk if you need more assistance.

Patricia, here's wishing you all a magical stay.

    Enjoy your Disney!
