We are trying to decide if we want to come the week before Christmas or the week after Christmas. I think crowds may be a little better the week before. I was wondering if there was a difference in meal prices for those two weeks?

    Hi, Sharon!

The last few weeks of December are quite busy. Guests from around the world are excited to spend the holidays in Walt Disney World! I personally would opt for the week prior to Christmas over the week after Christmas. It will be crowded both weeks, but the earlier in December you can get there, the better off you will be.

Since this is getting really close, I suggest you take a look at what your resort options are and get a room booked. Most locations will be booked at capacity during the holiday season so it is super important to have a room reservation. You will also want to secure dining reservations along with your FastPass+ selections.

Quick Service dining pricing generally stays the same without any changes. Table service dining, especially buffets and character dining, may use seasonal or holiday pricing which may be higher compared to value season. While these exact prices are not posted online, you can inquire before being seated so you do not have any surprises when your bill arrives at the end of your meal.

Have fun planning your magical holiday visit to Walt Disney World!
