Trying to decide between a WDW trip or a combined trip of a few days at WDW and then a D cruise. On-line doesn't really allow me to check details for this. Do I need to call to get details on arranging this? If so, do I call WDW or DCL? #'s? Thanks,

    Hi Debra!

This is a great question and a hard decision!  A vacation at Walt Disney World is wonderful and a vacation with the Disney Cruise Line is also wonderful, but different.  It has been my experience that the best way to save money is to plan both vacations separately.  Thus I would plan each vacation separately at first.  Decide how many nights you want to spend at Walt Disney World if you go there alone or if you go there in conjunction with a cruise, and then decide how many nights you want to spend on one of the beautiful Disney ships.

You can get pricing information for both Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line online.  Then once you have a ballpark figure and decide whether you just want to go to Walt Disney World or do both, you can work to refine the cost and schedule to meet your needs.

I hope this helps!  If you have any more Walt Disney World specific questions please write back.  You can send questions directly to me or anybody else on the panel.  If you have Disney Cruise Line questions, I suggest sending them directly to the moms on the panel who specialize in Disney Cruise Line vacations!
