Disney's Magical Express

Trying to decide between an overnight flight or a daytime flight. Overnight, we could go to the parks when we arrive in the morning. But is there a place to put our luggage at our hotel? What is the cost?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, William! I am so happy you stopped by.

While I have never taken an overnight flight to the Most Magical Place on Earth, we have arrived very early in the morning and headed straight to the parks. In fact, my family has taken advantage of Disney's Magical Express service and gotten straight off the Magical Express and hopped onto a bus headed to the theme parks, without ever having stepped foot inside our hotel lobby. Out luggage than magically appeared in our hotel room that night.

If your Red Eye flight arrives before 5:00 am you will have to grab your own bags from baggage claim and take them onto the Magical Express with you. But do not worry! You will not be stuck with your luggage all day long. Bell Services, located in the lobby of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, will be more than happy to store all of your luggage for the day, at no additional charge. Once you arrive back at your resort, simply call Bell Services and they will deliver your luggage to your room. While there is no charge for Bell Services, I always make sure to tip the Cast Member who delivers my bags.

I hope that this helped, William, and I just know that you will have a magical vacation. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help in your planning adventure!

    See you real soon!
