Hi! While trying to decide where to eat on our next trip, we noticed many quick service locations such as Sleepy Hollow or Liberty Square Market are no longer covered by the DDP. Is this accurate and why? Where does one stop for a quick snack now?

    Hi Alana!

Thanks for stopping by to ask a question about one of my favorite things - delicious snacks at Walt Disney World Resort!

I understand it can be confusing when looking at the list of 2017 Disney Dining Plan Participating Locations. While the restaurants you mentioned aren't listed as Quick Service locations, they still have several items available for purchase with dining plan snack entitlements.

For example, at Sleepy Hollow, located in Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom Park, snack credits can be used for the following:

    • Waffle - with powdered sugar or cinnamon
    • Funnel Cake - dusted with powdered sugar or cinnamon
    • Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich
At Liberty Square Market, guests may use snack credits to purchase:

    • Apple Slices
    • Assorted Chips
    • Carrot/Celery Sticks
    • Chocolate Chip Cookie
    • Pickle (my favorite snack on a hot day!)
    • and much more
Simply look for the Disney Dining Plan "DDP" icon on menu boards at Quick Service restaurants, outdoor carts and merchandise locations to identify items available for purchase with snack entitlements. You'll be amazed at how many snack options there are throughout Walt Disney World Resort. My personal favorite is a Premium Mickey Ice Cream Bar - yum! The website allears.net keeps an updated list of all the Walt Disney World restaurants with full menus, including snacks. It's a great source of information when using the Disney Dining Plan!

I hope this helps with your planning! Have a magical day - Diane W.
