Trying to choose between AM hrs at BB or TL then PM hrs at Epcot or vice versa. Soarin' is NOT a priority, but Test Track is. Is it feasible to do AM at a waterpark and still get TT in at Epcot w/o huge lines?

    Hi Patty!
The best answer I can give is...it depends, and it depends mainly on the time of year that you go and how crowded the parks are. During average to busy times, lines for both Soarin' and Test Track typically reach 1 to 2 hours within a couple of hours of park opening. In addition, most days, Fast Passes for both attractions run out by midday at the latest.
If Test Track is a priority for you, and you have the flexibility to hit BB or TL later in the day, might I suggest hitting EPCOT first thing in the AM for a few hours and then cooling your heels at a water park.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical vacation!! :)
