    when trying to make a character dinner reservation I am unable to because it says "guest is already on the reservation. Choose another guest." what does that mean?

    Hi Terrie and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I haven't ever encountered this issue myself but it sounds as though the computer reservation system thinks that the person whom you are trying to select as a Guest for this character dining reservation has already been allocated to the dining reservation or is included on another dining reservation for a similar time on the same day (as Guests are not permitted to make reservations within 2 hours of another reservation).

    In order to resolve the issue, I would recommend that you call website support on (407) 939-1936 for assistance or alternatively, make your Advance Dining Reservation over the telephone by calling (407) 939-3463.
