Trying to book trip to Disneyland with my 3 and 5 y/o in the very near future. Already have 4 (1 day park hopper passes) but think I need another day. Doing this on a budget. Any tips and will 2 full days be enough? What other ticket should we buy?

    Hello Lindsay!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just know you and your children will have an amazing time at Disneyland Resort!

Depending on what attractions you and your kids enjoy, it is entirely possible to visit key attractions in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day, but when I visited the parks when my children were those ages, having two full days made the days a bit less stressful. We could take our time between attractions.

For two days at the parks I generally start with day one at Disneyland Park. Making sure to hit all our favorite attractions like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. You can catch a parade and cap off the evening with Fireworks over Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.

Over at Disney California Adventure Park we LOVE Cars Land. Radiator Springs Racers is a family favorite and we also love Toy Story Midway Mania! over at Paradise Pier.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    Have a magical day!
