Trying to book restaurants for our trip to WDW 15/06/12 - 29/06/12.I've linked my resort reservation number to my account. When I try to book restaurants it doesn't recognise the number.I've emailed the site and they confirm the number is correct.Any ideas?

    Hi Susie,

Did you book your holiday package through the Walt Disney Travel Company?

If you did, the booking reference which you receive from them will be made up of six numerical digits.

When you enter this booking reference and the lead passenger surname into the 'Manage My Booking' section of the UK version of the Walt Disney World website,  it should bring up your booking.

You will need to ring the Walt Disney Travel Company to request your US confirmation number which will be an eight digit reference made up of three letters followed by five numerical digits. When you enter this number into the 'My Reservations' section of the US version of the Walt Disney World website, it should retrieve your accommodation booking.

When you log on to the Walt Disney World website, click on the 'Select an International Version' box at the bottom of the hoe page and select USA: English. Then click on 'My Reservations' at the top of the page which is located underneath 'PLACES TO STAY' and enter your details.

Once you have done this, you should be able to make your dining reservations without any issues.

If you are still experiencing problems, I would recommend that you call 001 407-939-3463 and make your dining reservations over the telephone with a Cast Member. (In order to make an economical telephone call from overseas, you can either use Skype or call 08448-610-610 and when prompted enter the US telephone number which in this case is 407-939-3463. Calls will cost approximately 1p per minute which is obviously much cheaper than making a normal international call)

I hope that this information has been of help but if I have not understood your question correctly, please feel free to visit us again on the Moms Panel and ask me another question.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
