Hi there, just trying to arrange fastpasses. Yay. My baby doesn't have a Disney ticket as only 6 months old but can I add her on for fast passes for certain rides or just carry her on with the other 3 passes ( we are a family of 4). Many thanks

Hi there, Holly. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Isn't it great that children under the age of 3 are considered free when visiting Walt Disney World? I like to think of it as a gift from Mickey Mouse himself. Because your baby doesn't need a ticket, there's nothing to make her a FastPass+ selection with. If the attraction is age and height appropriate, you'll be able to just carry her on any attraction that you have FastPass+ selections for. If the attraction is not appropriate for your littlest one, you can always take advantage of the rider switch service. With this service, one adult can wait with the non rider, like your baby, while everyone else enjoys the attraction. Once they are finished, the person who waited and 2 other Guests are allowed to ride with no waiting! It's a great system that I used to use a lot when my daughter was smaller. Also, during the day you'll want to check out the Baby Care Centers located at each park. These areas are a great reprieve from the Florida sun, especially with younger children. These areas are equipped with:
    • Private nursing room with rocking chair
    • Changing room with tables and a unisex bathroom
    • Feeding area with highchairs
    • Kitchen with microwave, oven and sink
    • Main room with television, table, chairs and sofa
    • On-site shop offering formula, baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen over-the-counter medications and clothing for purchase
I hope this helps you! If you have any other questions about your vacation, I'd love for you to come back and ask me.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
