Illuminations

We want to try ViaNapoli. We don’t want a res. too early. We want to make the most of our ride time. (Only have 1 day.) If we are eating during illuminations, can we leave our meal and go see it outside? If so, where could we watch from Italy Pav? Thanks!

    Hi Brandie!

With so many spectacular fireworks shows and scrumptious dining options to experience at the Walt Disney World Resort, I completely understand wanting to pack as much into your magical day as possible!

Unfortunately, because most of the restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort are fully booked, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria will most likely not be able to accommodate your request to leave during your meal to watch the fireworks.  That being said, the servers at the restaurant want you to have a perfectly magical time, so it never hurts to ask!  They may be able to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your evening to make a little magic happen!

You could also try to make your reservation at a time that would allow you to eat before viewing the fireworks.  I know you want to fit as much into your day as possible, but by that time, you (and your feet) will probably be ready for a break!

If you decide that you would rather see the fireworks than dine at a table service restaurant, there are plenty of incredible quick service options in Epcot from which you can choose!  My husband and I love visiting multiple countries when we are in Epcot and trying something from each location!  It is a great way to experience the unique variety of foods throughout Epcot's World Showcase!  Plus, you should be able to find a good spot where you can view the fireworks from any of the countries in the World Showcase.  Personally, I think the closer you are to the lake, the better!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
