Would like to try star tours in hs, but I suffer from motion sickness. Are there any stationary seats? and if so are they near the regular ones so I can still enjoy the experience with or near my daughter?

    Hi Kelly,

The new Star Tours: The Adventure Continues is updated and fantastic for 2011. The ride is in beautiful 3-D and full of unpredictable dives and sways that is not for the motion sickness prone visitors. Unfortunately, there are no stationary seats for non motion viewing. Sitting in the middle of the ride will give you less sensation, and sitting in front is the most calm spot, but the 3-D effects lose some punch by being so close to the screen. Make your request known to the Cast Member and they will in most cases accomodate your request.

Hint: If you happen to go during a time when its not to busy, I understand that a Cast Member may  allow you to ride without the motion to experience the movie only. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you are able to do that.

Have fun at the House of Mouse!
