Going to try 'Ohana's for the first time!!! Want to go while Wishes is on. If Wishes is scheduled at 10:00pm, what time do you suggest for a reservation? 8:45pm? This gives us time to ask for window seat for viewing? or 8:30? 9:00? Thanks for advice.

    Jana:

I've enjoyed 'Ohana and a window seat for Wishes, so I can tell you it is definitely worth getting there a little early to request a table with a view. So if the fireworks are at 10 p.m., an 8:30 reservation will work, arriving at 8:15 to request a window table, if possible.

If you find that the restaurant is not able to give you a window seat, all is not lost. Plan on getting down to the Polynesian's beach via the pool and walking about 50 yards or so and grabbing a lounge chair by 9:40 p.m. Personally, I think the fireworks from the beach are more spectacular than the restaurant anyway.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!
