Hi! We are going to try the Chip N Dale Sing along this year. What are your suggestions as far as dinner before? At our resort? Or is there something at Fort Wilderness we can try? We have no dining reservations set for this night.

Hello Kristen and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
If I had to choose my singular favorite non-park activity in all of the Walt Disney World Resort it would be Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long!  A crackling fire, 'smores, cowboy songs, and two cute chipmunks- what could be better!?  There are a number of great options when it comes to dining before the festivities begin.  In fact, my family likes to make this a full late afternoon and into the evening adventure. Located within Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is Trail's End Restaurant which provides all-you-care-to-eat comfort food including scrumptious fruit cobbler. If you would prefer a picnic experience, you can stop by Trail's To Go and pick up fried chicken with all the fixings and sit at one of the nearby picnic tables. If you want the ultimate Fort Wilderness experience, you can reserve your spot at the Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue.  This classic dinner show is filled with dancing, singing, and family friendly fun.

Along with the great dining options, I want to suggest you consider taking advantage of the horse-drawn wagon rides available at "The Fort." It is a great way to see this unique resort.

I know no matter what you choose you will have a great time at what I consider to be a "practically perfect" Disney experience!

    See ya real soon!

I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. While I can’t pick my funniest Disney memory – either my 70-year-old mother on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or my 4-year-old grandson on Dinosaur – I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures.
