Where are some truly beautiful places to see in Epcot? My mother is catholic and I heard about getting roseries from some place there help?? Also I want to feel like I've traveled the world! Thanks moms!

    Hello Aliea,

Thank you for your question and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You’re asking about my favourite Park and, more specifically, my favourite part of that Park: Epcot’s World Showcase. Strolling around the World Showcase Promenade is definitely a must-do for every Walt Disney World vacation for my family! I love all of the food, drinks, shopping and details that go into each country’s pavilion. I really feel like I'm in another world with every single “country” that we visit.

I can answer your first two questions with one word that may surprise you: Morocco. While the exterior of that pavilion is beautiful, the inside is simply breathtaking.  The tile work is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I love meandering through the cute little shops of Souk-al-Magreb, many of which sell some unique items. During one of our trips, I remember seeing rosaries and thinking that they would make a great gift at some point for my Catholic family members as well! Other countries that might have some as well would be either Mexico or Italy, although I can’t specifically remember seeing any.

Although I don’t think that you should miss any of the World Showcase countries, make sure to visit the Plaza de los Amigos and La Cava del Tequila in Mexico, the Stave Church Gallery in Norway, Reflections of China, Impressions de France, and the Victoria Gardens in Canada.

Happy planning and please don't hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day!
