1st trip to WDW and NEED to make Princesses meet and greet happen! At DL they have a HUGE venue where the Princesses are there all day. It sounds like at WDW the only sure way to have the same one on one is at character meals. Is it worth the cost?

    Hi Michelle,

You can see the Princesses at the character meals, but they also available to all park guests for no additional cost.  Our favorite place to see them is at the Magic Kingdom at the Toontown Hall of Fame.  The Hall has three main rooms each with different characters.  It is clearly posted which line go to which room and who you will meet there.  The approximate wait time is also listed.  There is almost always a princess available.  Sometimes there can be three that you can meet all in a row.

It is also easy to visit Ariel's Grotto and get your picture taken with Ariel.

The princess meals that are offered include great food and the experience of eating in a castle.  From my experience, you are only going to get a minute or more per princess at the character meals.

The best way to get extra one on one time is to prepare what you are going to say.  Tell the princesses why they are your favorite, or how you dressed up like them for Halloween.  You may want to mention how you met them before in California.

    Enjoy your trip
