1st trip to WDW with our 6y/o daughters on 2/2/13. I have Cystic Fibrosis (CF). I take 4 neb (mask) treatments per day. Can I bring my meds/machine to the 1st aid station to do my treatments there, rather than returning to our room for the day treatments?

    Hi Richard.

You're about to discover how very easy it is to experience a Walt Disney World vacation with special medical needs!

You are more than welcome to store your nebulizer machine and medications at the First Aid Stations available at each of the theme parks as well as the water parks. Be sure to check out this online list of First Aid locations so that you'll be generally familiar with where to find each one. You'll also find the stations listed on the individual theme park maps provided at the start of your Disney Day.

Be sure to put some advanced thought into the order you plan to visit attractions during your visit to minimize the amount of extra walking required when returning for one of your treatments. Also, you may be interested in requesting a Guest Assistance Card. Details on the card are provided in this excellent answer by fellow Disney Moms Panelist Darcie.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Wishing you a pixie-dusted trip this February!
