    If I have a trip planed and an emergency happens can i reschedule or get my money back?

    Hi Sandra,

    You would need to contact the company that you made your reservation with to check their cancellation policies. If you booked it directly with Disney, you would call 407-939-7429. If you are within 45 days of arrival, there may be a penalty. Disney is very flexible when changes need to be made and you can modify you existing reservation to a different date without much trouble at all as long as there is availability

    I recommend that you purchase the Trip Insurance for your vacation. Vacation insurance covers you and your family for certain unexpected circumstances. This vacation insurance plan continues to offer great benefits covering many emergency and unexpected situations prior to and during your vacation.
