Our trip has been fully paid for and we go end of September. As of todays date we are not allowed to plan onboard or port excursions until July 9th. Juts wondering if you know why we have a delay. We're excited and want to start planning now.

    Ahoy Kimberly!
As a planner myself, I completely understand wanting to get your onboard experiences and Port Adventures in place!  I'm not sure of your exact sail date or if you are a returning cruiser, but here is the timeline Disney Cruise Line follows for early bookings- Silver Castaway Club Member-90 days prior to sailing (1-4 cruises), Gold-105 days (5-9 cruises), and Platinum-120 days (10+ cruises).  If you are a new cruiser to DCL then you are allowed to book 75 days prior to boarding.  If you think there is an error in your reservation information then I would definitely give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532.
I hope my answer helps, Kimberly!  Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question!
Have a magical day and happy planning!
